The M4A3(75) Sherman Tank was a key variant of the United States' iconic M4 Sherman, serving as the backbone of Allied armored forces during World War II. Introduced in 1942, the M4A3(75) was equipped with a 75 mm M3 gun, capable of firing high-explosive and armor-piercing rounds, making it effective against both enemy infantry and lightly armored vehicles. Powered by a Ford GAA V8 engine, the M4A3 offered improved reliability and performance compared to earlier models. It featured a welded hull and 51-76 mm of frontal armor, providing moderate protection against German anti-tank weapons.
